77jud Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 77jud ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, both of which are considered part of this agreement.

Use of the 77jud platform, including the website, mobile app, and any services provided by us, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that continued access to the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the 77jud platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 and above on the account registration date.
• Be located in a region or country that does not specifically prohibit individuals from using online betting platforms.
• Not listed as an individual who has applied for self-exclusion from any betting platform.
• Registering as a private individual and not in a commercial capacity or as a representative of another business entity.
• Has never had a 77jud account suspended or terminated due to fraud, abuse, or terms violation.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. Any false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid proof of identity. This process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved and forms part of our commitment to anti-money laundering compliance.

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• A valid identification card or passport number.
• An active phone number that can be verified via SMS.
• A valid and active email address that belongs to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 77jud shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

77jud supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though daily limits may apply depending on your account verification level. Deposits are typically processed and credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction. Accounts that have completed full KYC verification will enjoy withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals from accounts pending KYC may take longer while verification is completed.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses obtained through false information or fraudulent activity will be cancelled immediately.
• 77jud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including cross-account arbitrage, may result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77jud platform are subject to the market rules set by our odds providers. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.

• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• 77jud reserves the right to void or amend any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or data inaccuracies.
• Bets involving matches that are cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified timeframe will be refunded to the member.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport type, market, and event. Current limits are displayed live within the platform when placing a bet.
• In-play live wagering is subject to standard transmission delays, and 77jud reserves the right to reject or suspend bets while results are being processed.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, 77jud will refer to the official records received from recognised sports data providers. 77jud's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe platform environment for all members, the following are strictly prohibited on the 77jud platform:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or obvious odds discrepancies for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Deceiving, threatening, or harassing 77jud staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 77jud platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

Any breach of these rules may result in actions including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balance, and/or appropriate legal action at 77jud's discretion.

8 Privacy & Data Security

Under no circumstances shall 77jud's maximum total liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount you have made into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

77jud reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. Such action may be taken without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered bank account or digital wallet upon completion of the verification process.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

77jud reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email, in-app notifications, or a prominent notice displayed on our website.
